Testimonial

I started going to Swift PT after my third baby had a tongue tie release. Since then they have opened up a world of possibilities and opportunities for deep healing for my entire family. They are constantly learning, thinking outside of the box, and collaborating with other providers for the benefit of their patients. It’s an honor to have therapists like them in my corner, our lives are so much better because of them!

I attended an educational class put on by Season and Kara for tips on what I can do at home to better my health and mobility and it was PHENOMENAL!! I feel like I know so many of "the things" that are helpful these days but I didn't really know how to put it all into practice, this class answered all of that for me and I learned so many additional tips. The simplistic way that Season demonstrates all the moves makes it helpful for me as I am a very visual learner. Whether you're new on this journey or have been focusing on your health for years, this class is very beneficial.

Hi, I'm Season Swift

I help people implement healthy habits in a simple way, without overwhelm.

Season Swift, MPT, is a dedicated physical therapist specializing in Sequential Manual Therapy with a private practice in Central Oklahoma. A 2006 graduate of the OUHSC PT program, Season has extensive experience in Outpatient Orthopedics and private practices with a focus on Manual Therapy. Her expertise encompasses chronic pain, craniofacial pain, and spinal mechanics, treating each patient holistically.

Season's training includes almost 20 years of working with and studying under renowned professions in the physical therapy, osteopathic and Myofascial spheres to master techniques such as Muscle Energy Technique, Functional Indirect Release, Cranial Manipulation, Strain-Counterstrain, and Myofascial Release. She caters to a diverse patient population, from infants and teens to adults seeking fitness, wellness, and prevention, as well as athletes from non-competitive to past professionals. Her approach incorporates modalities like exercise, kinesiology taping, and functional cupping to treat the whole patient.

Inspired by her personal experience caring for her grandmother, Bonnie, who battled Rheumatoid Arthritis, Season witnessed firsthand the transformative power of physical therapy. This inspired her to pursue a career offering similar relief and healing to others. Season's holistic health and wellness approach focuses on the interconnectedness of the body's systems, including the fascia system and vagus nerve, addressing root causes of pain and dysfunction for lasting relief.

Season has established a thriving physical therapy practice in Edmond, OK, where she and her dedicated team have helped hundreds of patients improve their health and well-being. Her compassionate care and innovative techniques have earned her a trusted and beloved reputation in the community.

Outside her professional life, Season is equally dedicated to her family. She and her husband, Matt, live on a beautiful homestead in Oklahoma, nurturing a thriving garden and orchard with their two daughters and son, enjoying a close-knit family life.

The Wellness Workshop, born from Season’s desire to extend her holistic healing approach, began as an in-person event for her patients. The overwhelming positive feedback led to its adaptation into an online format, allowing a broader audience to benefit from her expertise. Whether managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or striving for overall wellness, Season’s integrative approach offers valuable insights and practical tools for your healing journey.

real results

Season was able to help me (TWICE!!) when no one else could. I had exhausted my providers in Texas and had lived in pain for months. Season worked on me once and all the pain immediately left. The second time I had a problem, I drove to OK immediately. She is magical - truly gifted at what she does.
